*A deep conditioning mask can be added onto any bleaching ,coloring, perming, cutting, or styling service. If you wish to have a treatment done please let me know when you book your appointment so I can add it onto your service time. Bleach recovery is a three part systems that restores the hair cuticle after a bleach or color service*

Service re-do policy:
I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days of your service. I will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge.

Tardiness:
If you are running 15 minutes or later please be aware that this will be cutting into your appointment time and you may not be able to receive your full service. Rescheduling may also be necessary.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:
​
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a $30 service fee will apply and will be due before a new appointment will be scheduled. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not message me there will be a charge for the full service that you had booked. Moving forward prepayment will be required if that happens.
